Since January of 2020, Marty Sloan has been the lead pastor of Calvary Church, a thriving multi-campus and multi-ethnic church in Naperville, Illinois (a suburb of Chicago). There he oversees the growth and vision for Calvary Church and Calvary Christian School. Prior to his time at Calvary Church, Pastor Marty was formerly the lead pastor of Harvest Time in Fort Smith, Arkansas, for 10 years, and served for 13 years as an associate pastor in both Arkansas and Ohio.

Having served in ministry for over 25 years, Pastor Marty earned his Bachelor’s in Religion and Biblical Studies from Liberty University and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry at Southeastern University. He has been an ordained minister since 2000.

Pastor Marty’s personal interests include weightlifting, reading and hunting. He also enjoys cheering on his Ohio State Buckeyes and Denver Broncos. He and his wife, Becky, also enjoy traveling. They have been married since 1994 and have two grown sons: Chandler and Landon.
