Working with youth in the Arizona Foster Care System since 2016, Thrive AZ is a Foster Care Prevention, Reunification, and Age-Out Housing Program of the Phoenix Dream Center. Every month we have over 100 families on our case load that we are actively working with to ensure we can prevent their children from having to enter into the foster care system or reunifying those who are already in the system. In addition to the 100 families, we also work with young adults ages 18-24 who Age Out of the Foster Care system.
