Special Event Volunteer - Tier 1

The primary purpose of this role is to provide a warm, welcoming, and organized experience for guests attending special events. Special events volunteers are flexible and versatile, ready to take on a variety of tasks, adapt to changes, and step in wherever assistance is needed. Each special event will have specific roles available, and volunteers will have the opportunity to sign up when they are communicated. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, ushering, providing information, assisting guests, set-up and tear-down, and collaborating with the team. Essential skills and qualifications include interpersonal skills, communication, dependability, physical ability, and the ability to follow instructions. Expectations for this role include attending team huddles, dressing appropriately, communicating effectively, maintaining a helpful and empathetic attitude, and being available for special events or services.
